Your server's own Shells, earned by being there.
A Discord bot, a website and an admin panel that turn chat, voice and daily check-ins into a currency your members spend on raffles, giveaways and a shop. Built in your name, your colors and your currency.

Busy servers go quiet. Generic bots don't feel like yours.
Activity spikes, then fades
Launch week is loud. A month later the same twenty people carry every channel and newcomers lurk.
Off-the-shelf economies
Popular level and economy bots carry their own name, look and currency. Your community becomes a tenant in someone else's product.
Events run on spreadsheets
Raffles, giveaways and prize payouts happen by hand, in DMs, with no record and no way to prove a draw was fair.
Three pieces, one brand, yours.
Your Discord bot
Its own name, avatar and token. Counts activity, pings members when a reward is ready, runs /pass, /checkin, /shop, /raffle, /giveaway, /profile and more.
Your website
On your domain: landing page with live raffles and leaderboards, the monthly season pass, shop catalogue, member profiles, rules and legal pages. Members log in with Discord.
Your admin panel
Staff run everything from the browser: earning rules, channels, shop stock, orders, raffles, giveaways, balances, bans, page switches, and a full audit log.
Three real builds. Only one file changed.
Each community gets a brand pack: name, colors, currency, role names, logo and copy. These screenshots are the same code with three different packs.
- currency
- Shells
- bot
- Harbor Bot
- roles
- Owner · Admin · Moderator · Member
- site
- harbor.example.com
Everyday activity becomes your currency.
When a tier unlocks, the bot pings the member in the channel they were active in, and they claim with one button in /pass or on the website. The pass starts over on the 1st, so there is always a reason to come back. Every number above is a default your staff can change.
Rewards real activity, not spam.
| Source | How it counts | Built-in limits (adjustable) |
|---|---|---|
| Messages | 1 point per message in a tracked channel | Once per 60 s per member · at least 6 characters (images count) · repeated text ignored · bots and webhooks ignored |
| Voice | 1 point per 5 minutes | Needs at least 2 people in the channel · deafened members don't earn · AFK channel never counts |
| Reactions | 1 point to the author when someone else reacts | No self-reacts · one per reactor per message · daily cap (20) |
| Daily check-in | /checkin once per UTC day | Stored per day, so restarts can't double it |
| Card-game bots | Mazoku summons, Luvi clashes, Lumina drops | Optional, for communities that play them; each claim counts once |
A currency is only as good as what it buys.
Raffles
Paid, free or staff-assigned tickets, role-gated entry, bonus tickets for roles, scheduled posts, winners logged.
Giveaways
Free entry with requirements (roles, server tag, account age, time in server) checked again at the draw.
Shop
Items with stock, per-member limits and sale windows. Orders queue for staff to deliver or refund.
Leaderboards
All-time earned (spending never drops your rank), invite races, and live podiums on the home page.
Invite tracking
Who invited whom, real joins vs. fakes and leaves, boards with date ranges, manual corrections.
Profiles
Public member pages with balances, their season pass tier, raffle record and the roles they choose to show.
Spotlights & credits
Feature members of the month and show your team on a moving credits wall.
Events
Point races for card-game communities, with their own boards, rules and replies.
Built to be opened every day.
Your mods run it from the browser.
No config files, no restarts. Roles decide who can do what: Owner and Admins change rules and balances, Moderators handle orders and events, members see their own data.
Economy
Tracked channels, sources, the season pass with a one-click tier generator, schedules, analytics.
Members
Look up anyone, adjust balances with a reason, ban from features, role preview ("view as").
Events
Raffle wizard, giveaway editor, draw and re-draw, delivery tracking, winners history.
Site
Turn pages on or off, reorder home sections, spotlights, credits style.
Audit log
Every staff action recorded with who, what and when.
Database explorer
Read-only by default; password-protected edits for the Owner.
A live demo that gives the tour itself.
The demo community opens with one question: take the guided demo, or explore freely. The guided demo walks through every feature in 25 stops, then signs the visitor into a sandbox admin panel so they can change real settings.

We polish it into your brand.
You send a logo and a vibe. We turn it into the full pack and keep it consistent across Discord and the web.

Your name everywhere members look
Site header, page titles, link previews, bot name and avatar, slash command replies, reward pings, legal pages, even the intro animation spells your name. The "Powered by" credit can be removed on the Pro plan.
Live in about a day.
Discovery call
Your server, your goals, your currency name and what members can win.
You send
Logo, colors, server ID, your Discord ID, and the domain you want.
We build
Brand pack, your own bot application, site on your domain, backups switched on.
Launch call
Pick channels, set rewards, stock the shop, schedule a launch raffle.
Tune
We read the analytics together and adjust targets so it stays fun.
What you do in Discord
Click one invite link for the bot (we send it), and put its role above any role it should hand out. That's it. Everything else happens on the website.
One isolated stack per community.
Nothing shared
Every community runs its own bot, website and database. Another client's outage or mistake can't touch yours.
No open ports
The site is reached through a Cloudflare tunnel; the bot's API only listens on the server itself.
Safe updates
Each update backs up first, health-checks after, and rolls back on its own if something is off.
About 350 MB of RAM per community.
Memory per community
Measured on the production build with demo data, after loading every public page three times (Node 22). The Discord share depends on member count.
Communities per server (planning numbers)
Leaves room for the operating system and for one update building at a time (about 1–1.5 GB for a minute).
Runs on an ordinary VPS.
| Tier | Server | Communities | Typical price | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 2 vCPU · 4 GB · 40 GB | 1–5 | ≈ $5–25 / mo | One big server, or your first clients |
| Growth | 4 vCPU · 8 GB · 80 GB | 6–15 | ≈ $10–50 / mo | A small agency roster |
| Scale | 8 vCPU · 16 GB · 160 GB | 15–35 | ≈ $20–100 / mo | Many clients, one bill |
| Dedicated | own 4 GB VPS | 1 | ≈ $5–25 / mo | Large servers (50k+) or strict isolation |
Lowest cost
Hetzner, OVHcloud and Contabo sit at the cheap end for 4 GB.
Easiest panels
DigitalOcean, Vultr and Linode cost more (around $20–24 for 4 GB) with polished dashboards.
Check before buying
Prices moved in 2026 (Hetzner renamed and repriced its plans). Compare renewal price, VAT and the IPv4 add-on.
From one community to dozens, without a rebuild.
Each message costs one in-memory count; the database is written in batches every five seconds. A busy server with thousands of members stays well inside a single process.
Your community's data stays yours.
Minimal login
Discord login asks only for the identify scope. No email addresses, no passwords stored.
Nightly backups
A consistent copy every night, 14 days kept, copied off the server.
Every action logged
Balance changes and staff actions keep a money trail and an audit log.
Export on request
It's one database file. Leave any time and take it with you.
No cash value
Your currency can't be bought or cashed out, and raffle rules frame events as free promotions.
Tested
223 automated tests cover payouts, refunds, draws and limits before every release.

Things owners ask.
Do I need to host anything?
No. We host, update and back it up. If you prefer your own server, we set it up there and hand you the update command.
Will it replace our current bots?
It covers economy, raffles, giveaways and invite tracking. Keep your moderation and music bots; nothing conflicts.
Can members cheat it?
Messages count once a minute and need real text, voice needs another person, reactions are capped and self-reacts don't count, and staff can pause earning or ban users from features.
Can we have two currencies?
Yes. Add a second currency to the brand pack, for example a staff-only one for event prizes.
We play Mazoku, Luvi or Lumina. Can those count?
Yes, switch the integration on in Admin → Economy and their results in your channels earn points too.
Does everything reset each month?
Only the season pass. Balances, purchases, leaderboards and profiles stay. Staff can change the tiers any time, even mid-season, without paying anyone twice.
What if we leave?
You get your database file, and we delete our copy.
Give your members a reason to show up.
See the demo community, then tell us your server's name. We'll send back a preview in your colors.
